Lin Dan totally dominated the first set. He pretty much superior in position 6-0, 15-8, before finally winning easily by a score of 21-12.
In the second set, Taufik is actually a big chance to win. Victory over 30-year-old was quite far ahead in the collection points, eg at positions 5-0, 11-5, and 18-14.
However, these advantages can not be maximized by Taufik. He was hampered in points 18 and finally overtaken the opponent. Lin Dan had won 21-19.
This is the second defeat received at the BWF World Superseries Taufik Finals. Yesterday, he also lost to a Japanese player, Kenichi Tago.
